BIOGRAPHY:

Dr. Tunji Arowolo (“Dr. TJ”) is a dynamic technology and security visionary with strong leadership experience in large and startup organizations. As Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at CampusWorks Inc., Dr. TJ advises executive leadership on protecting what really matters to them— strategic employees, investors and customer information assets. Leveraging an extensive international management experience and history of security, audit, and enterprise IT governance; he brings high energy, and a risk-based view to delivering secure, innovative and reliable technology solutions to business problems. Dr.TJ’s experience includes transforming traditional IT into a mature, process-oriented service organization, bringing the benefits of IT to solve business issues while managing costs, risks, and compliance.

PROFESSIONAL LIFE:

Dr. T.J has been a frequent speaker at conferences and a regular contributor to major publications on topics such as information security standards, identity management, and secure technology architecture. Dr. T.J currently teaches graduate students at the University of the Cumberland, KY, and mentoring young adults to inculcate the value of continuous learning. Regularly invited by ISACA chapters to prepare CISA/CISM candidates and many college faculties to speak to classes on career in IT and topics including cloud computing, Information Security, Governance, BCP/DR, Emerging IT Risks, and the Organizational Impact of new Technologies.

EDUCATION:

Dr. T.J holds a PhD in Applied Management and Decision sciences from Walden University, Minnesota, a Master’s Degree of Science in Information Assurance (a.k.a. “Cyber security”) from University of Dallas, designated as Center for Academic Excellence by the US National Security Agency and Department of Homeland Security, a Bachelor of Science in Computer & Information Technology, DeVry University, Irving, TX and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical/Electronics in University of Ado- Ekiti. He is Certified in the Enterprise IT Governance (CGEIT), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), and Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) and few other industry leading certifications.
