With vast experience in cyber-security, intelligence operations, and technology management, I assist organizations to improve their IT and cyber strategic planning, training, and governance.

My experience also includes planning and directing operations, programs, and projects in the U.S. and abroad. Executive-level leaders have relied on me as an internal and external consultant to manage initiatives for quantitative and qualitative research, program budget planning, contract negotiations, team performance coaching, and administrative operations.

Recently, I have completed research on the impacts of transformational, transactional, and situational leadership styles.
